Team Rose Office
Reinhard Büchner founded Rose Office in 2008. As an expert in rose cultivation and processing and a friend of Eastern Europe, he quickly added other oils and herbs to the range and thus laid the base for success. Today he works as a senior consultant for Rose Office.
Felix Herold joined us in 2013 and built up the herbs and spices division. He is an agricultural engineer and, in addition to the drugs, is responsible for the project development and strategic orientation of Rose Office. He is the sole managing director since 2021.
Heidi Schwarz is responsible of essential oils and flower waters. She is a geographer with a passion for plants, nature, environmental protection and organic products. She has been supporting the Rose Office team in purchasing and sales since 2020 and takes care of our accounting.
Dr. Katayoun Ahmadi is an agricultural scientist and Iran expert. Besides, she knows everything about roses. She has been with us since 2022, but not always in the office - she is often at our growers and advises them on cultivation methods, PA/TA control and processing technology.
