What began as a heartfelt passion project continues to evolve each year – and in 2025, we’ve taken a truly special step: our new distillery is now in operation!
It complements our trusted smaller unit, which has served us faithfully over the years, and opens up exciting new possibilities for processing our precious Rosa gallica blossoms. The new destillery is made entirely of stainless steel, ensuring hygiene, durability, and ease of cleaning. With its significantly larger capacity, we can now produce up to 500 kg of rose hydrosol per distillation cycle.

During the roughly 20-day harvest season, we are now able to yielt up to 30 t of hydrosol, in addition to our dries rose petals, which remain a core part of our production.
Kakheti Organic Rose Hydrolate: First batch distilled in May 2025
A result that not only delights us, but also our customers: An intense, natural fragrance and an exceptionally high oil content of around 300ppm - significantly above the commercial average.

Another treasure from Rosa gallica:

Our rose hydrolate is free from methyl eugenol, as this historic variety does not naturally produce the substance. this makes our product particulary valuable for natural cosmetics and aromatherapy - pure, safe and effective.
Plus, another standout:
In 2025, a small quantity of precious organic rose oil was produced – 5-7 t of fresh rose petals are needed to produce 1 kg of oil.
We want to increase production in the future.
